Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with our products, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right!
We will only allow one return per product per customer. If you have received a refund on a particular product before, you will not be allowed a refund on subsequent purchases of the same product. (Barring exceptions granted at the discretion of our customer service team.)
We are unable to accept returns on products after 30 days from the original purchase date. (Barring exceptions granted at the discretion of our customer service team.)
Timeliness is important! If returns are not made both within 30 days of purchase AND before your RMA number expires, your return will not be processed and you will not receive a refund. (We will accept the postmark on the return package as the return date.)
Return packages without a visible RMA number will not be accepted.
For your return to be accepted, you must ship back all empty, partially-used, or unused product packages you wish to be refunded for.
Postal tracking on return packages is strongly recommended. If for whatever reason we don’t receive the product, and you cannot prove you sent it, we won’t be able to refund it.
Refunds are for the product cost only. We cannot refund shipping charges or customs/duties fees.
Free shipping is a perk. If you received free shipping on the product/s you now wish to return, that free shipping perk will be revoked, and either the published shipping rate or the actual shipping cost (whichever is greater) will be charged. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
For international orders – any customs or duties fees we are charged for the return of your refunded item will be deducted from the refund amount.
If your package is returned to us as “Refused” or “Undeliverable” because of issues with your shipping address, the purchase cost of the product will be refunded to the card used to purchase the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
