What are your business days?

Better Bowl™’s shipping center hours are from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. Our shipping center is closed Saturdays and Sundays and on government or postal-observed holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next open business day.

When will I get my order?

In most cases, orders will arrive 3-5 business days after you place your order, depending on your location and shipping option you selected. Note: All U.S. standard delivery orders ship out on the next business day. USPS is used for almost all standard shipments. Delivery time may vary for Alaska and Hawaii.

International deliveries can between 1-6 weeks and depends on the shipping option that is selected.

Does Better Bowl™ deliver to my country?

We deliver to most countries without an issue, however, if you’d like Better Bowl™ delivered to a country outside of the U.S., please:

Customs restrictions prevent us from shipping to every international location. If you can’t find a country listed in our drop down menu of countries at checkout, we’re unable to make deliveries to that country at this time.

I never received my product. What should I do?

If you have not received your package, please contact our customer service team within 30 days from the time you placed your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue. (Please note that if we have confirmation your package was delivered to the shipping address you supplied, we are no longer responsible for your package.)

Help! I accidentally entered the wrong address.

If you’ve made a mistake while entering your address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to correct the error. (Please keep in mind, if you wait too long and contact us after your order has shipped, we may be unable to redirect your package.) Customers are responsible for providing us with a deliverable address when placing an order. Orders returned to us marked “undeliverable” will be refunded, less shipping and handling cost and a 20% processing fee.

I changed my mind. How can I cancel my order?

For a full refund, please contact our customer service team before your order has shipped. The refund will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase. If the card used to make the purchase no longer exists, please inform our customer service team along with your request for cancelation. A company check can be issued instead. Please allow 10-20 business days for your refund. Some payment methods take longer than others to process.

If your package has already been shipped, you may either refuse the package at delivery or send it back in its original packaging. (To ensure there are no issues returning your package, please follow our “Returns & Refunds” guidelines.) Once the package is returned, a refund to the original payment method will be made in accordance with our “Returns & Refunds” guidelines.
